The Warrington Futures program is an additional paid program offered for 2009, 2010, and 2011 birth-year players (u9, u8, and u7) wishing to elevate their skill level, and prepare for possible travel team play. The small group setting provides the opportunity for more individual attention and is run by our u10 Director of Coaching, Neil Smart. The objective is to provide FUN, motivational training that helps players advance to the next level of their soccer development. The training curriculum for the Warrington Futures program is a foundation for long-term player development that is reinforced and refined in each season as this age group of players develops coordination, physical strength, and a knowledge of the game.

2018 Dates: Sundays beginning January 7th and continuing through March 11th. Please be aware the last session date falls on the beginning of Daylight Saving Time.

2018 Schedule:

8:45 am: all Boys players

9:45 am: all Girls players

2018 Cost: $140

Please note that the playing surface is a hard court. Flat sneakers/indoor soccer shoes and shin guards are required to participate. For safety reasons your child will not be allowed to play WITHOUT shin guards or IN cleats. Also, u9-eligible players may not be currently on a travel team.

If you have questions, comments, or concerns please email us at doc-neil@warringtonscoccerpa.org.

In addition to the Winter session of the Warrington Futures program, the indoor Winter League will be held on Saturday mornings as part of Warrington Soccer Club's Winter Programs. This is a separate paid program open to ALL u5 to u10 players whether they play Intramural or Travel. Players need not play for Warrington Soccer Club to register. The Winter League is a great format to work on the ball skills and strategies developed within the Warrington Futures program. DOC Neil Smart also oversees this league and will be on site as the season starts to make it enjoyable for the players, and to ensure adherence to the club philosophy of FUN and player development.
